I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Greetings! I'm TANYA. Welcome to my page! Over the years, I've had a successful career in the medical field. I followed the expected path to become a physician and I was thriving. However, there were other interests that had been put on the back-burner.
When the pandemic came, something happened, and some major introspection and change began to happen within me. Like many others who also felt the effects of the COVID Pandemic, the world was changing all around me, as well as within. I had a choice to weather the storm by staying put or steer my ship in another direction. I decided to steer my ship in another direction!
After weighing the pros and cons of the choices before me, I knew that I wanted more autonomy, a chance to develop new skills, be more creative, and most importantly-be more present for my family. I also wanted to set an example for my daughter, where she knows no limitations and that she could do anything she puts her mind to!
I am now creating the reality that I have always wanted for myself. Being able to enjoy my own personal freedom letting go of other peoples' expectations, and my own limitations has always been important to me. I pushed pass the fear, took a leap of faith, and embraced my freedom. I am inviting you to do the same.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: Introspection during the "quiet" of the pandemic caused me to take personal inventory and I realized I was neglecting many aspects of myself and my life. It was time for me to recalibrate and find balance. I knew I could get there if I took control to establish my autonomy, create independence for myself and trust in the process of achieving my goals.
WHAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: In order to embrace my freedom, I just needed to accept that it was there and has always been there. Along my journey, I have come to realize that nothing is by chance. Considering that I have been in a period of life where I am focusing on my own personal development, it's not by chance that I am growing a business alongside a team of people who have the same focus.
